At Alixura, we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.

Where We Ship

We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. If you place your order on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend, processing will begin on the following Monday.

During high-demand periods such as holidays or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you by email if there is any unexpected delay with your order.

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed, standard delivery across the United States takes between 5 and 8 business days. This means your total estimated timeframe from the date of purchase to delivery is approximately 6 to 11 business days, depending on your location and when your order was placed.

Please note that delivery estimates are based on business days, which exclude weekends and public holidays. Actual delivery dates may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, and any unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat shipping rate of $4.99 on all orders within the United States, regardless of order size or weight. This fee is calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can use this number to monitor your shipment in real time through the carrier's website or through our order tracking page.

If you have not received a tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order, we recommend checking your spam or junk mail folder first. If you still cannot locate it, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted national carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable and timely delivery. The carrier assigned to your order will depend on your location and the size of your shipment.

Undeliverable Packages and Address Errors

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Alixura is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply in such cases.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or if your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work directly with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
